**Important*** P.O.W.E.R. does not currently have a method to receive reports securely online. Please do not fill out a report and send it to us via email. In general, we discourage completing reports on computers, and strongly suggest printing blank reports out and filling them by hand. You can bring completed or incomplete reports directly to a P.O.W.E.R. representative during drop-in (Wednesdays, 11am-1pm, 380 East Hastings, Vancouver) or via appointment through email (dtespower@gmail.com | power@vandu.org).
If you are operating your own law enforcement/police data collection project that is separate from P.O.W.E.R., you can use or adapt our template as you wish.
